What data we collect

We collect the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form: first name, surname, email, phone number, company, address, city, country and the content of your message.

For technical and security reasons, the hosting provider may automatically record navigation data (e.g. IP address, date and time of the request, browser type) in the server log files.

Why we process the data

We process the form data solely to respond to your enquiry and manage the related commercial contacts. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request and our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries received. We do not carry out profiling or automated decision-making.

How messages are sent

The contact form uses the third-party service FormSubmit to deliver messages to our mailboxes. The data you enter passes through this service for the sole purpose of delivering the message.

Recipients and third parties

Your data may be processed, on our behalf or as part of the services the site uses, by the following parties:

• FormSubmit — delivery of messages sent through the contact form.
• Google Fonts — loading of the typefaces; the font request may involve the transmission of your IP address to Google's servers.
• DD Global Store image CDN — loading of product images.

Some of these parties may be located outside the European Union. In that case the transfer takes place in compliance with the safeguards set out in Articles 44 ff. of the GDPR (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).

How long we keep the data

We keep enquiry data for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry itself and any resulting commercial relationships, and in any case within the limits set by applicable law.

Your rights

Under Articles 15-22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) you have the right to access your data, request its rectification or erasure, restrict or object to its processing, obtain its portability and withdraw any consent given at any time.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali — garanteprivacy.it).
